Stand-Up Paddleboard yoga, also known as SUP yoga, is a unique yoga practice that places you directly above calm water on a floating paddleboard.

Using the paddleboard as your yoga mat, the water provides an added challenge to traditional yoga postures.

SUP yoga offers you balance, strength, and focus as you move through a sequence of poses while floating on the water.

It's a great way to enjoy nature, challenge yourself, and connect with your body + breath in a serene setting.

The word “Vinyasa” is best described as external movements as an expression of how we think and feel. A class with AnnMarie consists of a variety of consistently flowing postures that offer your body the opportunity to bring voice to your subconscious world.

Vinyasa is a moderately paced, breath-initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred. Vinyasa classes can be modified to fit your unique bodily needs to create a sense of safety during your guided class.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, the invitation is open to you to join a class or request a personal session.
